Golf Outing Info



Brookville Country Club is the home for many charities, associations and corporations who have Golf Outings. The following information is typical of a standard Golf Outing at Brookville although  our management staff will design whatever kind of event, outing, additional services or menu you desire.

The following is a list of some of those amenities and services:

Registration and Bag Drop services. Valet Services.

Breakfast which will begin one and a half (1½) hours prior to your shotgun time consisting of an Omelet Station where the Chef will make Omelets to order with a choice of fresh ingredients. Continental Breakfast items such as Freshly Baked Bagels, Danish, Muffins, Scones served with the appropriate condiments and Fresh Fruit all beautifully displayed. Hot Chaffers including Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Home Fries, Waffles, Poached Eggs with Canadian bacon on English Muffins and Corned Beef Hash. Fresh Fruit and Juice Display consisting of Orange, Cranberry, Apple, Grapefruit and Tomato all served chilled. Coffee & Tea to be served by the wait staff at your guests' tables.

Your outside volunteers are served Coffee, Tea, Water, Danishes and Bagels.

A Shotgun start normally beginning at 1:00 pm.

Our signature 9th Hole BBQ on the Course consisting of our Chef preparing grilled Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Sweet Italian Sausage. We also typically include a Beverage Station at the 9th hole consisting of canned sodas, water and beer if you require. Whole Fruit and individually wrapped snacks are also provided here and on other holes on the course.

Our on Course BBQ Station usually begins one (1) hour after your shotgun start and lasts a total of approximately four (4) hours.

On the Course On the course we typically have 2 additional Stations that include Soda, Water, Gatorade, Iced Tea and Beer as well as Fresh Fruit and individually wrapped snacks.

After the day of golf is concluded our Extended Cocktail Party and Dinner starts and lasts approximately three (3) hours. Your event typically includes an open bar serving premium liquors and beer as well as sodas, coffee and tea. Your dinner menu normally consists of our Chef’s choice of 5 items to pass, a Cold Seafood Station including fresh chilled Shrimp, Clams, Half Lobsters and Mussels served with all the appropriate condiments, our famous Trip to the Orient station including Sushi, Dim Sum, Fried Rice, and choice of a Beef or Chicken Stir Fry. Our Taste of Italy station including Fried Calamari, Mussels Marinara and Penne a La Vodka and finally our Carving Board station consisting of your choice of two (2) items such as Marinated Sirloin, Roasted Turkey Breast, Loin of Pork or Salmon all accompanied with Herb Roasted Potatoes and Grilled Vegetable Bouquet. To end your event we finish with our Brookville dessert bar which includes an elaborate display of Homemade Cobblers, Cookies, Brownies and Pies.
